Little Footprints Childminding
Welcome to Little Footprints Childminding, my name is Jaquie and I am located in Lockleaze, Bristol (BS7). I have 33 years experience working with children and have recently decided to set up my own business.
I aim to provide high quality childcare within a warm and welcoming, home from home environment. The individuality of each child in my care will be respected and nurtured. With a home-like environment I am able to provide both structured and flexible schedules, which means I can adapt my routines and activities easily to fit in with all the children’s needs, stages of development and interests of each individual.
Little Footprints Aims:
- Offer an inclusive service, accessible to all children in the community.
- Ensure each child feels happy, safe and secure, allowing them to learn and develop freely in a play centred environment.
- Encourage children to develop positive attitudes and respect for themselves and others, in an environment free from bullying and discrimination.
- Provide a wide range of resources and equipment which are age and stage appropriate and can be used under safe and supervised conditions.
- Offer activities which meet the needs of each child, promoting their emotional and social, physical and intellectual development, enabling them to become confident, independent and co-operative individuals as they play, learn and develop.
- Work in partnership with parents to provide high quality play, care and support.
